Privacy notice

When you submit a restaurant enquiry, TasteItBookings (a product developed by PND Stack) collects the details you provide: restaurant and contact names, email address, and any optional phone, location or message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss demonstrations, and assess whether a pilot is appropriate.

We use Cloudflare infrastructure to receive and securely store the form information and to send an alert to our team. We do not use the form as a marketing subscription. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We aim to delete enquiry information after 90 days unless a legitimate business or legal reason requires longer retention.

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@tasteitbookings.com. If you prefer not to use the form, contact us by email or WhatsApp.

Reservations made through restaurants using the booking service may follow additional arrangements; this notice covers only the public business enquiry form.
